The university student briefing session concluded successfully.
At 3:30 p.m. on October 25, 2019, the university student briefing session officially commenced.
The company’s general manager, deputy general managers, directors, and other senior management personnel attended the briefing with great attention, taking their seats in advance. The moderator briefly outlined the agenda and theme: to summarize the on-the-job learning experience of the 2019 cohort of university graduates during their first three months at the plant. During the session, after introducing themselves, the young employees provided detailed accounts of the tasks they had undertaken and shared their insights and reflections over the past quarter. They concluded by presenting a brief plan for their career development. Following the presentations, the management team engaged in active discussions with the interns, addressing the challenges they faced both at work and in their personal lives, and offered pertinent advice and suggestions.
At the conclusion of the meeting, General Manager Hu Weiyong summarized the presentation, commended the university graduates’ achievements over the past three months, and set higher expectations: compared with frontline employees, they should cultivate a spirit of truth-seeking and exploration, diligently hone their professional skills, and accumulate practical experience, thereby laying a solid foundation for their future career development.
