In August 2019, with clear skies and crisp air, the company’s materials team and a new cohort of university graduates gathered at Baizhang Rafting in Shengzhou for an unforgettable outdoor adventure!
At dawn, we set off. A convoy of vehicles wound along the country road, and as the students gazed out at the blue sky and white clouds, with green grass and wildflowers stretching across the fields, they all felt their hearts racing in anticipation of today’s thrilling journey.
After lunch, the students donned their life jackets and helmets, grabbed their paddles, and climbed aboard the kayaks. One kayak after another drifted downstream along the rushing current; the more adventurous ones used water guns to splash each other and launched surprise attacks, filling the air with bursts of laughter and cheerful chatter. Meanwhile, the quieter students basked in the sun by the water’s edge, splashing about and chatting casually—every moment brimming with poetic charm. As they made their way down the river, even those who had barely known one another quickly grew close.
As the kayaks reached the landing point, this outdoor team-building event came to a successful close.
