Recently, in order to strengthen talent development, enhance employees’ professional competence, and promote their sustainable and healthy growth, the company has partnered with Xinchang Technician College to launch the first Advanced Forging Technician Training Program at Zhejiang CIMC. This training program covers three trades—forging, turning, and grinding—and has attracted more than 40 participants. The curriculum is delivered through intensive classroom instruction, with assessments that integrate theory and practice to ensure both quality and effectiveness. Teacher Liu Jianping from Xinchang Technician College served as the chief examiner, while officials from the county social security bureau supervised the examination venue. In total, more than ten examiners participated in completing this assessment.
With the conclusion of the assessment, the first CIMC Advanced Forging Technician Class has successfully come to a close. All trainees have made significant progress in both forging theory and practical skills, while the program has also accumulated valuable experience for future advanced technician training.
