Time rewards those who persevere. Amid a challenging economic environment triggered by Sino‑U.S. trade tensions, all employees at Zhejiang CIMC rallied together with unwavering determination and concerted effort. Through steadfast efforts to strengthen system management, enhance product quality, optimize equipment maintenance, and advance technological innovation, the company achieved one success after another, while also recognizing and celebrating a large number of outstanding employees across various roles. 
The conference kicked off amid a lively atmosphere, with the mascot distributing miniature pig‑year figurines, symbolizing good fortune for the Year of the Pig.
Deputy General Managers Xiang Wenjian and Wang Feng respectively read out the commendation documents for the 2018 Reading Enthusiasts and the 2018 Advanced Employees. 
Following this, the conference solemnly honored the 2018 Advanced Work Sections, Outstanding Employees, Outstanding Cadres, and units recognized for excellence in equipment management, quality control, environmental, safety, and energy management, as well as those excelling in logistics services. Each outstanding employee was presented with a trophy and a thoughtful gift. 
Subsequently, General Manager Hu Weiyong summarized the company’s performance for 2018, acknowledging its achievements while also identifying areas for improvement. He outlined the strategic direction for the company’s development in 2019: strengthening production planning and management, proactively expanding into emerging markets, rigorously enhancing operational efficiency, accelerating talent development, and establishing a robust, standardized, and scientifically sound long-term management framework. By seizing opportunities, the company aims to achieve high-quality growth. 
At the conclusion of the meeting, General Manager Hu Weiyong, accompanied by the company’s mascot, extended New Year greetings to all employees: “Happy Spring Festival—may everything go smoothly and ‘pig’-ly well!”

Summary of Zhejiang CIMC Safety Month Activities
June 2021 marked the 20th National Safety Month. In active response to the national policy of “fulfilling safety responsibilities and promoting safe development,” and in earnest implementation of the General Secretary’s important instruction to “fundamentally eliminate accident hazards and effectively prevent major and especially serious accidents,” our company has ensured the smooth progress of the three-year special campaign for workplace safety, focusing on identifying and addressing safety risks and hidden dangers. We have rigorously complied with provincial and municipal standards and requirements for workplace safety, proactively organized “Safety Production Month” activities, and achieved positive results.
