The 2019 Semi-Annual Management Review Conference of Zhejiang CIMC was successfully held.

To summarize the completion of first-half work and adjust the implementation of second-half work plans, Zhejiang Zhongji Foundry and Forging Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Zhongji Bearing Co., Ltd. jointly held the 2019 Mid-Year Performance Review and Management Review Meeting on July 13, 2019.
At 8:00 a.m., more than 50 mid- and senior-level managers and key personnel attended the meeting on time, carefully reviewing the departments’ and workshops’ semi‑annual summary reports for 2019. The reports were organized into three main sections: first, an overview of the achievement of KPI targets for the first half of the year, accompanied by an analysis of the performance of key indicators; second, a SWOT analysis identifying the risks and opportunities facing each department; and third, the formulation and implementation of the work plan for the second half of the year.
At 1:00 p.m., the participants divided into six groups to analyze and examine the company’s key issues. Topics included how to effectively implement duties and accountability, how to address the disconnect between policies and their execution, and how to cultivate talent in a sound and systematic manner. Through vigorous exchanges of ideas and brainstorming sessions, attendees gained valuable insights, achieved a profound clarity of thought, and emerged confident and articulate during the subsequent group presentations—paving the way and building bridges for the successful implementation of the second-half work plan.
Finally, General Manager Hu Weiyong summarized the conference: Although the economic outlook for 2019 remains challenging, thanks to the proactive efforts of all departments and workshops, we have successfully launched new projects such as the heavy‑truck tapered‑roller series, effectively filling market gaps. More than half of our key performance indicators have been achieved, and the company’s risk‑resilience has improved markedly. In the second half of the year, we will remain resolute in bolstering our confidence, turning risks into opportunities, and shifting our focus to strengthening management capabilities and streamlining operational processes. We will spare no effort to cultivate high‑caliber talent, enhance product quality, reduce operating costs, and vigorously strengthen the company’s market competitiveness, thereby realizing CIMC’s vision of “high‑quality development.”
