What is intellectual property management system certification?
Intellectual property management system certification is a type of management system certification designed to standardize intellectual property certification activities, enhance their effectiveness, and strengthen oversight and administration, in accordance with the provisions of the Patent Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Trademark Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulations on Certification and Accreditation of the People’s Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Certification Bodies, and other relevant laws, administrative regulations, and departmental rules.
