The first Advanced Technician Class of Zhejiang CIMC has concluded successfully.

Recently, in order to strengthen talent development, enhance employees’ professional competence, and promote their sustainable and healthy growth, the company has partnered with Xinchang Technician College to launch the first Advanced Forging Technician Training Program at Zhejiang CIMC. This training program covers three trades—forging, turning, and grinding—and has attracted more than 40 participants. The curriculum is delivered through intensive classroom instruction, with assessments that integrate theory and practice to ensure both quality and effectiveness. At the opening ceremony, Vice President Xiang Wenjian emphasized that, while diligently performing their daily duties, trainees should also take time to upskill themselves, continuously broaden their technical expertise, and elevate their professional capabilities to meet the demands of future high‑tech, high‑quality work.

High-Speed Forging New Product Trial Research Association

High-Speed Forging New Product Trial Research Meeting On April 22, 2019, the trial forging of a new product proposed by the customer officially commenced on the 80S press. The new product requires narrowing the temperature range during material forging, which poses a significant challenge for both our technical team and the equipment. To address this, we invited two Japanese engineers from the high-speed forging manufacturer, as well as Professor Li, a faculty member at Zhejiang University, to assist with the trial forging process. The customer and the technical team discussed the results of the new product’s trial forging.
